What This Is
Owner Tactics is an 8-week, 1-on-1 engagement with one goal: get your time back. We dig into where your hours actually go — tasks that should be delegated, tools that aren't being used well, processes that still run through you — and start fixing it. Not with a binder full of recommendations. With real changes, implemented during the engagement, and a clear roadmap for what comes after.
What We Work On
Before recommending anything new, we look at what's already in place — Google Workspace, project management tools, shared drives, existing subscriptions — and figure out how to actually get value from them. Sometimes the biggest wins come from using what you're already paying for.
We'll identify the gaps and help you or your team put the changes in place during the engagement.
I work with you to understand how AI tools can actually support your day-to-day as a business leader — from decision-making to communication to planning. We also look at practical use cases for your team: where these tools can reduce repetitive work, improve quality, or free up capacity.
The goal isn't to chase trends — it's to find what's genuinely useful and help you start using it.
We figure out which things currently require you that shouldn't. Then we work on getting them documented, simplified, or handed off — so your team can handle them without you in the loop every time.
Sometimes it's as simple as writing down how something gets done so someone else can own it.
Sometimes the bottleneck isn't the process — it's that a key person needs support in a specific area. If a particular function of your business is consuming your time because the team needs constant guidance there, we'll flag it and work on a solution.
That may be something your team can implement on their own, or something I come in and help with directly.
How It Works
Sign up and meet for a 60-minute kickoff session. We cover your goals, your challenges, and how the discovery process works.
Use a private voice-capture tool to record what's on your mind — problems, ideas, goals, frustrations. 5–10 minutes a day, whenever something hits you.
Everything you capture is private — only you and Greg see it. Between sessions, Greg reviews your entries using pattern-recognition tools to identify root causes and opportunities.
By the end of the discovery phase, he'll bring a compiled summary and mind map to your next session so you can review it together, pressure-test it, and start setting priorities for the weeks ahead.
60-minute 1-on-1 sessions where we work through your priorities together. Quick fixes happen on the spot. Bigger things get a plan.
Some things we'll solve right there in the session — if it's a quick fix, we just do it rather than send you off with homework. Other times, I will prepare something between sessions and walk you through how to put it in place.
For bigger items, we'll map out a plan together and figure out whether it's something you tackle on your own, something your team takes on, or something that makes sense to bring myself in for.
A 90-day roadmap, quick wins already working, and clarity on exactly what to do next.

Who's Behind This
I think like a manufacturer. Every operation has waste, bottlenecks, and untapped capacity — whether it's a shop floor or an office. I've built production lines, developed inventory management processes, implemented software, and helped business owners get out of the weeds and into a position where their business starts to run without them.
I'm not a coach and I'm not selling software. I'm the person who figures out what's broken, what's underused, and what to do about it — then helps you get it done. I live and work in Revelstoke. I run my own businesses here. I built Owner Tactics because I kept having the same conversation with local owners: "I know things need to change, I just don't know where to start.
