What This Is
8 weeks. 1-on-1. Not a template. Not a generic framework. Structured guidance built entirely around your business and adapted to your pace.
Each week, we look at where your time actually goes, identify what can realistically be delegated or streamlined, and get you up to speed on tools and approaches that can help — including practical, no-hype AI.
This is as much about shifting how you see your role as it is about quick wins. You'll walk away with a clear picture of what to change and how — whether you tackle it yourself or bring me in to help.
What We Work On
Most leaders have a rough sense of what's eating their day, but the specifics are usually surprising. We map out where your hours are actually going — the manual tasks, the constant interruptions, the decisions that shouldn't need you — so we can identify what's worth addressing first.
The goal is to reclaim your baseline capacity to breathe and think.
We identify the things that currently require you but shouldn't. Some you're holding onto out of habit. Some because nobody else knows how to do them. We'll work through what can realistically be documented, simplified, automated, or handed off.
The focus is on building simple guidelines and guardrails — so the work doesn't immediately end up back on your plate.
We look at what tools and approaches could genuinely help with your day-to-day — from better use of what you're already paying for, to practical AI for more than just drafting communications and searching.
The goal isn't to chase trends. It's to find what's useful for your specific situation and help you understand its real capabilities and limitations.
This is the thread that runs through everything. As we work through your week, your tools, and your delegation, something shifts — you start seeing the difference between working in your business and working on it.
That clarity is what positions you to lead real change — whether you do it yourself or bring in help.
How It Works
Sign up and meet for a 60-minute kickoff session. We cover your goals, your challenges, and how the discovery process works.
Use a private voice-capture tool to record what's on your mind — problems, ideas, goals, frustrations. 5–10 minutes a day, whenever something hits you.
Everything you capture is private — only you and Greg see it. Between sessions, Greg reviews your entries using pattern-recognition tools to identify root causes and opportunities.
By the end of the discovery phase, he'll bring a compiled summary and mind map to your next session so you can review it together, pressure-test it, and start setting priorities for the weeks ahead.
60-minute 1-on-1 sessions where we work through your priorities together. Quick fixes happen on the spot. Bigger things get a plan.
Some things we'll solve right there in the session — if it's a quick fix, we just do it rather than send you off with homework. Other times, I will prepare something between sessions and walk you through how to put it in place.
For bigger items, we'll map out a plan together and figure out whether it's something you tackle on your own, something your team takes on, or something that makes sense to bring myself in for.
You walk away with time back and a clear picture of where to go next — both for yourself and the wider business.

Who's Behind This
I think like a manufacturer. Every operation has waste, bottlenecks, and untapped capacity — whether it's a shop floor or an office. I've built production lines, developed inventory management processes, implemented software, and helped business owners get out of the weeds and into a position where their business starts to run without them.
I'm not a coach and I'm not selling software. I'm the person who figures out what's broken, what's underused, and what to do about it — then helps you get it done. I live and work in Revelstoke. I run my own businesses here. I built Owner Tactics because I kept having the same conversation with local owners: "I know things need to change, I just don't know where to start.
